“Nature doesn’t rush, yet everything gets done.” – Lao Tzu
Step away from the noise and into the rhythms of the natural world. These one-day immersive workshops are designed to restore your sense of clarity, presence, and purpose. Rooted in regenerative principles, somatic awareness, and systems thinking, they offer a space to slow down, listen deeply, and lead from your most grounded self.
Whether guiding individuals or facilitating groups, I weave together embodiment practices, mindful reflection, and ecological insight to help you:
Reconnect with your inner wisdom and intuition
Realign with your values and leadership vision
Deepen your relationship with the land and each other
Build emotional and systems resilience in times of complexity
My background includes over 25 years as an outdoor expedition guide and retreat leader. I’ve led sea kayaking, canoeing, and wilderness journeys across the U.S. as a licensed Maine Guide, and facilitated mindfulness-based programs for individuals, companies, and communities. By invitation, I’ve trained extensively in Buddhist and in Indigenous traditions, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed facilitation—bringing both logistical confidence and heartfelt presence into every outdoor gathering.
Each workshop is custom-designed for the season, setting, and participants—held in beautiful natural locations where nature is not just the backdrop, but an active teacher.
