Tracy Shinchok Rescigno

Tracy offers something rare and needed in the leadership space: a blend of grounded operational know-how, inner wisdom from decades of spiritual practice, and the ability to hold complex, human systems with clarity and care. With 25+ years in outdoor leadership, mindfulness, and operations, she helps people and organizations build regenerative capacity from the inside out. She brings a unique mix of nature-based facilitation, logistics expertise, and inner development rooted in Buddhist training, emotional intelligence, and systems thinking.

Tracy is a regenerative leadership coach, nature-based facilitator, and systems thinker with over two decades of experience guiding transformational programs in both corporate and nonprofit spaces. She began her career as a Registered Maine Guide, leading multi-day expeditions for teens, families, and adults—an experience that taught her how to build trust, navigate risk, and adapt in complex environments.

She later transitioned to consulting and program development for global organizations like Amazon, Salesforce, and Genentech, applying her deep understanding of group dynamics, leadership presence, and values alignment. Tracy has also served in operational roles, managing logistics-heavy teams and building out delivery systems in high-demand environments.

At the heart of Tracy’s work is a lifelong spiritual practice. A former Buddhist nun, she weaves mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and trauma-informed facilitation into everything she offers. Her approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that leadership is a living system—not a job title.

Tracy lives in Northern California and works with clients across the U.S. and internationally. When not leading retreats or coaching, she can be found on the trails, in a kayak, or tending to her garden.
